The process to transfer can be quick and easy.


simply email us with your full name and current status of your license. we will send you instructions, forms and the ability to pay online.


you can choose to email the forms back to us and pay online OR mail your forms and pay by check.


once we receive everything from you, you will be transferred within 24 hours.



The Cost





State fees to transfer



as mentioned, our company

fee is only $75. per calendar year.

based on the status of your license, the state charges you to transfer into any company.

  • if your license is currently with a full service company the state fee will be $75.
  • If your license is at the state for less than 2 yrs. - $75.
  • if you missed the last "license renewal" with the state - $150.
  • if you are in another referral company, or were in a referral company prior to going to the state - $25.
  • if you just passed your exam - $160.

Once you email us with your full name we will be able to pull up the status of your license and email you exactly what your cost would be.



Potential Earnings





For simply Referring - no work



  • Sale price - $450,000.
  • commission to full service company that you gave referral to (3%) - $13,500.
  • new jersey referral receives 25% of their commission - $3,375.
  • you receive 80% - $2,700.

the referral commission that new jersey referral receives can be negotiated up or down by you and the agent you refer to.
